I mainly checked out the show just to see what the fuss was about, but after a few episodes the characters just drew me in. I can't explain it any better than that. I just have a thing for quirky ensemble casts, whether it's a show like this or something like Black Lagoon (another show I was obsessed with for a while). As far as cloppers go, I don't get it but they're not really hurting anybody.
that doesn't explain obsession, tho. i watched it one time through [seasons 1 and 2] but i haven't really looked back since. yes i like the way it's made, because i don't care about the whole 'wire frame so lazy' whatever, the animation flows well enough, but it's not something i would go around hoarding fanart for, looking up constantly, etc. it's a fucking cartoon. i don't get the obsession. liking it, whatever, okay, but obsession?
