If you see this - "Stockholm's trendy Södermalm district" - in an article about Sweden you should ignore the fuck out of it. Södermalm was once a working class neighborhood (my mum grew up there) but now it's the home of hipsters, feminazis, journalists and other depraved retards that want nothing more than to destroy this nation. No, no, no! You need a grand atrocity that leaves all senseless. The disease in Europe has ravaged the minds of so many that entire societies are traitorous and most don't even know it. If you kill the traitors then the traitors will simply hide better. In any case you don't do the killing yourself, you tell the denizens of the city to do it. They'll be the ones targeting those they think are responsible for the whole mess. This will force society to turn on the soulless beasts. People will become more vigilant lest they want to be decimated again.
