In other words the parent would be punished for any crime committed by their child but also the child would be virtual property of the parent insofar as they're unable to be sold. That way problem children can be extrajudicially punished, if necessary, and outright killed if they're unable to control the demon voices in their head thus becoming a burden on society. Society is the most important thing, after all. The life of the individual is only worth something so long as it benefits the society they're part of. That has always been my opinion and shall remain so. Self-centric and decisively individualistic societies either die quickly or die slowly. They have no future, regardless.

Growing up, my mom would have beat me if I talked back, let alone key her fucking car. This what happens when you let people step all over you, keying a car doesn't seem like an unacceptable/unjustified reaction. Imagine how they'll grow up?
