Probably some vandal's idea of a joke. Principal: [Rushes in front of the camera] WELL, I DON'T THINK THIS IS SO FUNNY!!!!! If you want to find real art on DA then find a professional artist who makes a good living in the real world and not the 1000s of favs they have on DA. Like the large amount of Marvel/DC/DarkHorse artists around. Then just open their Favorites folder and most likely they will have artists of their equal or greater skill level, and repeat the same process in the next deviant's page.
