Space Colonization is not possible @dr rice or whoever talked about exploration. There is nothing, NOTHING of value out there that matters. Society cannot sustain itself without simply finding another already thriving ecosystem with plants and water and other resources and using it all up, and even semi deserts are not being developed. look at Australia, colonization of the outback is possible but it's not being done, they used to but it stopped over half a century ago, but before then with the West mining in the outback was big and Boulder a town which used to be a good mining hot spot with allot of boom had a pipeline running all the way from the shithole called Perth and bringing it all the way to the outback town. This is going from the coast all the way into a landscape full of red dust and gum tree's but now it's just all about developing land on the coastline, chopping down more tree's and making shittily built modern homes for Asians and Indians to buy and rent out for outrageous prices and unreasonable demands from the tenant.
