The perspective looks a little wonky because nobody's eyes are at the horizon. Everything viewed from the eye of the audience (us) that is at more or less the same height as our eyes, should be at the horizon line. Unless that road has an extreme slope and we as viewers are hovering above the two front figures, of course.



^^^ Eyes of the people who are at the same height as the viewer (standing up) are on the horizon, eyes of the people with a smaller height than the viewer (sitting down) are lower.

It started out more top-down, but the objects and characters ended up facing the viewer directly more- I might save this for next time I try perspective.

I don't do anything that could be considered "art" (well, in my opinion anyways) persay. I just take some photos IRL, and in The Elder Scrolls series of vidyah gaymez (Bethesda gives you complete control of the camera via in-game console commands). Kind of just a hobby I guess? What graphics mods do you use?

A... lot. My friend ZeroKing actually created the ENB preset you see in those shots. Grim Winter ENB specifically. I know he helps Boris work on the coding for ENB binaries, but he's got a real eye for RGB values.

Off the top of my head, the main environment mods I use are:

SMIM
Skyrim Flora Overhaul Series
Unique Grasses
SkyHD
Project Parallax
Skyrim Realistic Texture Overhaul Series (frozunswaidon's mountains use the meshes from Vivid Landscapes. See below.)
Vivid Landscapes Series (The textures this guy creates, Hein84, might as well be art. It's that nice.)
Real Clouds
Tamriel Reloaded (4K textures for LODs in Skyrim-proper. I use a custom 4K LOD retexture for Solstheim. I just can't remember what the mod is called.)
HD Fire and Effects
Realistic Water Two (With the Parallax textures.)
Dust Effects
aMidianBorn Landscapes 1 (I use it for CaBaL's bridges. Very nice.)
High Quality Snow
High Quality Snowflakes (Both this, and the aforementioned mod are by Yuril. Also, very high quality. 2K HD for snowflakes, 4K for snow.)
HD Dragon Replacers (Bellyache made amazing, HD dragon retextures. I know they aren't environment retextures. But Dragons are so iconic in TESV that they might as well be a part of it.)
Bloody Dragon Bones (HD dragon bone retextures. Also can be used with the mod author's other version, known as Ancient Dragon Bones iirc. He has a link on the mod page.)

Naturally I snag all these mods through Nexus Mods.

And I'm pretty sure I'm missing out some other stuff. I can PM you a more complete list on here when I get home in several hours. Here's some examples of the aforementioned mods in-action. Sorry for the image spam in this post guys.















The fifth and sixth images especially show off Unique Grasses/Skyrim Flora Overhaul. Very high quality, very amazing work. The fourth image showcases Vivid Landscapes Dungeons and Ruins Retextures. Also, very high quality stuff. And yeah, I... like taking shots in Skyrim. As I'm sure you can tell lol.

I wonder if ESO graphics are moddable? Chances the game could get like that...

It's not all that expensive building a gaming rig these days. There are some really nice sites, like CyberPower PC, that get good deals on manufacturer's components. Thus they have cheap, custom built rigs that are pretty high-spec. Can save you a bit of time, and money. That's my advice anyways, if you haven't built a rig before.

I love drawing, but I have only drawn on and off over the past few years, with no art classes, so I don't have much skill. Here's one of my favorite drawings from a little over a year ago:


Looking back on it now, I fucked up the water-stained wall really badly. And the missing shadow.

I haven't practiced much after that because of things in real life getting in the way, so I haven't improved much since then. Here's one of my more recent drawings:



There are still a lot of problems with my work, even I can see that. Do you guys have any advice for me or things to focus more on when drawing?
