There's also the possibility she's technically not legally blind, but her mother pushed for a legally blind distinction for financial aid. I suggest this purely on the grounds her mother is a horrible person and lazy ghetto slut.

My great-grandmother was classified as legally blind when she developed macular degeneration and from what I can tell, between her and Mr. Douchecane (the only two I know), you legally cannot drive and you can collect disability for it. Granny had trouble reading (which kinda depressed her, so she just stopped altogether -- refused to let anyone read to her or use books on tape, and didn't want one of those big screen things you see at the bottom of the wiki link) and seeing details on certain things, but could still discern colors and shapes fairly well. She would watch TV but would treat it more like the radio and just listen to her shows, and if she wanted to see something you were wearing or carrying she'd have you come closer to her and view it out of her peripheral vision. She could still see stuff, but was blind enough that it was harder to do certain things.

I don't remember what kind of blindness that Douchecanoe had, other than whatever it was, he was born with it and it likely had to do with his epilepsy.

Yeah, my great-grandmother had the same thing, only she couldn't see color anymore and everyone was a black shadow until you got up to 4 inches from her face; only then she could see some features of your face. She just listened to the t.v. or the radio, but the grand-kids that lived in town would come over and read to her the newspaper or her books to her. Anything else though, she could do it all by herself, and despite her blindness, she could make the best homemade cream of wheat of all time.

But this tart, who knows if she has it, or any form of blindness. My guess is she may have glasses to help her see and that's it. You only really need a Blind Cane if you cannot distinguish shapes and everything is a gigantic blur, or if you just can't see anything.

It's true that in most places you understandably don't have to be totally blind to be legally considered such. But idk, in the case of this one I'm still skeptical.

According to her last journal, she needs a cane to get around. But I'm leaning towards WhiteOmega's guess that she just has normal-ranged bad sight. Although my opinion is admittedly swayed by the type of person she is. Being legally blind and "needing" a cane would give her more special snowflake points, and she keeps using it as an excuse when she keyboard flails. Seems too convenient.

On the other hand it's perfectly viable to be legally blind and also a terrible person.
