Ugg.....actually, re-reading my original post, I do see how I came across as butthurt. Sounded kind of like I whining about what the guy did and was trying to get revenge by trying to have him mocked here. I still stand by that it wasn't the reality (tho as I've already admitted, I was somewhat annoyed by having my help rudely rejected), but it certainly sounds like it, I can see that now.

Me neither. But we do need to ask ourselfs, if anything we could do now is really "better" than posting on this forum. So what if you can talk to friends, so what if you can have secks, anything you do will without a trace vanish in the endless hole of time, but by posting on this forum, you leave something behind that will last for decades to come.

I'm pretty sure Wulfington has some personality disorder, the traits of some are amazingly strong here.

No, I'm extremely critical of myself and don't care when I'm disagreed with. Sometimes I sit up to several minutes before deciding whether or not a post I'm about to make is even worth posting. Do I care what people think of me more than I should? I dunno, I think it's only when I don't understand why that it bothers me.

What happened in this thread was I did not expect the reaction that I received, nor was I prepared. I then became annoyed because I was being accused of attempting to create a personal army when in actuality I just wanted to laugh at oversensitive deviantards. I then became convinced that basically the entire forum was out to get me, because any attempts to put the thread behind me and be an at least decent poster were met with hostility, which resulted in me becoming more and more agitated because I could not understand why I was being acting towards the way that I was. And went I can't understand something, I get annoyed.

It was only when I re-read my original post here that I finally understood why everyone believed I was trying to create a personal army to get revenge on someone being rude to me, because everything about the post and the prior events made it appear as tho I was attempting to get revenge on this particular tartlet for his impolite response to my honest attempt at helping him, when I legitimately did not care.

I stand by my statement that I never wanted to make a personal army and just wanted to laugh at people who can't handle criticism. If I was so butthurt over people blowing up on my for critiquing their shitty art than I wouldn't critique anyone ever because I know there's a strong possibility, at least on sites like deviantart, that the person is too immature to handle being told that they actually suck, even if it told politely.

Narcisstic people are more often than it seems like dealing with a low self-esteem. As in, they're afraid of seeming bad in others' eyes and thus spend a long time on what to say and do to make a good impression, trying to 'prove themselves' and are highly defensive. Your comments here are basically a text book example of this.

If you were okay with people disagreeing with you you wouldn't write books about how your viewpoint is correct and how everyone else is wrong and against you. That you say you're critical towards yourself proves nothing about you not being narcisstic. You claim to be critical but you're overly sensitive of others' reactions to your actions. Narcisstic people believe they are critical towards themselves but can't simply accept critique from others because they don't see their own behavior like anyone else would see.

If you don't care about what people think about you, then you wouldn't think twice when making a post. If you spend several minutes debating whether you should post something or not, then its obvious you do care. Its ironic how you say you don't care and then proceed to write a short novel detailing just how much you don't care.

No I just happen to care about the quality of my posts, else I be no better than a shit-poster. I don't just say whatever comes to mind. That, and being self-critical of my own faults is to keep myself grounded in reality, so I don't have cognitive dissonance and develop an ego. Also, the length of my posts is not an indication of how much I care. It takes very little time and effort for me to make these oh-so-loathed "walls of text". Sometimes, what one wants to say cannot be contained to a few words, a single sentence or paragraph. I could, alternatively, not have responded at all.

The way you see yourself is obviously harshly different from how others see you, so much that it's almost the opposite. Should tell something about your reality.
And didn't you say earlier that you were done with this topic? You seem to be obsessed with how other people see you and eager to "correct" their views even if your attempts make it only worse.
I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to not respond to this, no matter what you claim. Take this as a challenge.
