Who the hell stabs people in the head? The chance of hitting skull which deflects the blade is just not worth it. Unless you have a knife thin enough to go through the eye into the brain. Stab the stomach, likely you're gonna hit some vitals or rupture guts and the infection from that will do the rest.
Based on the poses:

Stabbing the guy in kidneys would do the job. He doesn't seem to have any armor, she could slip the blade under that backpack and fuck him up big time. But no, she goes for the back of the head. She could probably sever his spinal chord by putting the blade between the skull and the spine but her hand is already extended to the limit so basically the guy is out of range. She is physically unable to perform a stabbing motion.

Anywho, she's not cross eyed, she's looking down. And given her large, pseudo anime eyes that wrap unsettling around her temples like a pair of Ray Ban's, the spacing and perspective is a bit retarded. Giving the look of being cross eyed, when they're just poorly drawn.

Personally, I've seen more unforgivably awful shit by Tiarawhy, Mittsies, NiggerFaggot, Doxy and Pokehidden. All of those sickfucks are known for making the most graphic, unholiest of eyerape for the brony community. Joseco's art is about as explicit as a nude diagram in a high school biology book in contrast to them, and it's usually human or humanized.
