My idea: Decriminalize pot and fine people if they're caught with it. Death penalty for anyone over 25 found to be selling over a certain amount of hard drugs.They say it's not a deterent, but I fucking guarantee you.We wouldn't have all these drug dealers who think they're hard asses anymore.
