I'm just like, lol, ship and let ship, it's going to happen. Besides, I've never seen Kanayax[A guy] but if I did I probably wouldn't get butthurt.

Also please if you're going to ask what homestuck is, google it. The fandom isn't going to explain it because most of us don't know what's going on and it's been updated for over a year now, and so much shit has happened it's ridiculous. But here's a really dumb summary that doesn't explain as much as it should.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT HOMESTUCK:

Homestuck is a webcomic

Homestuck is a long and confusing one, at that

You 'control' the characters and progress the story by clicking the commands/arrows at the bottom. There's only one for each page so you're not really controlling anything.

If you read problem sleuth, you'd probably get an idea of what homestuck is like, though IMO homestuck gets more interesting than problem sleuth did and has better parts (IE flashes, etc) whereas PS didn't really have much but simple animations.

Homestuck has nothing to do with religion, demons or Satan, contrary to the belief of some (and parents.)

The plot goes like this: Four kids, who are introduced in separate parts at the beginning in very slow and long, quite /boring/ introduction stories, play a game together. According to Hussie, it's a bit like putting Sims and Spore and some other shit together. Basically, it allows one character to interact with another. An example of this is that Rose, the 'smart' tentacle fanatic semi-goth weirdo chick (the blonde one) has an interface that lets her interact with John (the goofy little one with glasses who is incredibly stupid) and his house. She throws a bathtub through his house and then some other stuff happens.

After we meet John, his dad, and some other shit like imps (bad guys in the game) we meet Rose and go through the same kind of thing. Then Dave, then some more shit with the three, and then meet Jade.

As it turns out, those 'destined' to play this game have another body in a place called The Medium/Skaia/Getting them mixed up because I'm pretty sure one is inside the other, or something.

In this place there's like a big chess war going on between white guys (prospitans/good guys/yellow shit everywhere) and black guys (dersites/bad guys/purple). Every 'dream self' of a person is either in Prospit or Derse, and Tumblr people worked out there IS probably a filtration system for who gets a Derse Dream Self or a Prospit one. Prospit people can tell the future or some shit, while Dersites can hear voices in their head. (Also, as a bonus, the Derse orbit is closer to the 'Outer ring' which is like a bunch of floating cthulus which come into the story later)

After all that shit with Jade (The furry), John (the stupid), Rose (the BAWW GOFFIC) and Dave (wigger) happens where they set up their game, they have to do other shit. This happens for like, three acts, where they go to their worlds, meet animals, kill shit, and do random stuff in their dreams. Also, stuff happens to their Guardians (John's dad, Rose's mom, Dave's bro and Jade's... magical radioactive god-dog thing)

tl;dr after random shit happens they start getting trolled by the trolls and they think they're faggots. John has to go and make some slime babies of himself and everyone he's ever known, Rose tries to break the game because she's such a GMR GRRRL she can totally do that, but doesn't, while Dave watches on, travels in time and becomes friends with some crocodiles. He also sets up some scamming system and sets a bird version of himself (davesprite/the orange guy with wings) to go do other shit and help him.

At some point during all of this there's Carapaces/Dersites and Prospitans which go to live on earth millions of years in the future after it's been destroyed. They do random things and talk to the children with console windows.

John adopts a salamander and calls it Casey, but this probably happened before this. I'm not really getting this very well timed because up until act 5 everything to me is a huge jumble of 'things that happened sort of in relevant order.'

Jade does... I don't know what Jade does, she probably did something but I forgot what it was. She's supposed to be looking for frogs, anyway.

The other people keep getting talked to by these ridiculously stupid Trolls who seem to bitch at them endlessly and talk about random bullshit like time travel and aliens.

We meet these trolls and it turns out they are aliens and they are all 13. We basically get the same 'introduction' for the first few, but it's a lot shorter and you only get a couple of pages before the story progresses. (Which makes it a lot less boring than the introduction of the kids, but with the trolls, the text logs are a lot harder to read because they all type like fucking retards besides Karkat who just uses caps lock and that's easier to read.) We learn about their lives and their guardians and some other shit. However, when we meet them, apparently it's before they play their version of the game the kids are playing and thus Earth doesn't exist/nor does our universe, and they're going through the same 'HEY, PLAY THIS GAME WITH ME!' stage. We meet Karkat (rage), Gamzee (juggalo), Terezi (FYIAD), Sollux (nerd), and a few more except the seadwellers because we meet them later.

Some more stuff happens and the whole fandom has a huge oh shit moment as the main bad guy (Jack Noir) ends up getting prototyped/merged with the god dog, gets a ridiculous amount of power, and is going to KILL EVERYONE.

John goes up a big tower thing and lays on a big slab of rock. Newly found dog/god/bad guy thing stabs him and he dies, but then becomes a God and learns the ability to fly and make tornados, and also gets a hoodie. He uses this power to fly around in a car and do generally useless shit until later on when he has to get a bomb out of the middle of a planet.

We probably meet the seadwellers at some point around this, I dunno, I don't care about them enough to figure out where they're introduced. They are fish and they live unda da sea but they are also trolls!

Some more shit happens between the trolls and the kids and we know that the chat client the trolls use lets them talk to the kids at whatever point in their timeline they want to, except above a certain point.

Intermission with the felt and midnight crew happens somewhere, probably before this, actually. But these characters are semi-important so I thought I'd mention it.

Tavros (the pussy) and Vriska (the bitch) have some moments together and Vriska ends up dying and using her mind control power to make tavros smear her own blood on the walls, pleading for him to just kill her already. He's a pussy faggot and can't do it. She dies anyway and becomes a hooded butterfly fairy god thing.

More stuff happens and it becomes a lot of chat and pointless shit going on to explain why everything else up to this point has happened. Then a bunch of trolls die, except Aradia becomes a fairy too because since she was always dead, she only had her Derse body and when Bec Noir (bad dog guy) killed all the dream bodies of the trolls he killed her on her magical bed so she woke up as a fairy and became alive for the first time since they got the game.

Aradia uses magical time powers to set things up, as does her robot self which Equius made because he's a bit of a sad lonely pervert and could only find love with a robot. A lot of shit explodes. At some point we end up seeing the trolls having won their game but then Bec Noir shows up and fucks it up for them, but that was probably before this.

Lots more shit happens. Kanaya tries to save the race but Eridan blows shit up, stops that and goes batshit because he got dumped for being a whiny pissy faggot. Gamzee also goes batshit. Meanwhile, the kids do fairly minor things to advance their plot. Example being Rose finding out that her mom died and turning into a tentacle bitch and carrying out the orders that the horrorterrors give and basically just going a bit insane. John just gets sad. Dave jumps on Bro's sword which is still impaling him and does a pirouette off it, because that's what you do when your family members die.

People die.

More people die.

Just read the goddamn thing if you want to know shit that happens.

We learn about ancestors of the trolls, which as it turns out, are a child, a fairy, a psychic, a writer, jesus christ of Alternia, his adoptive mother, a justice chick, a pirate, a guy who got sacked because he didn't kill jesus's girlfriend and went off to live in isolation, an insane clown guy who kills shit, a guy who kills the guardians of trolls and the leader of the entire race. Though this is split into two parts and you don't learn about a lot of them until later.

Terezi is a retard and scratches disk two of the game, meaning just as she's about to flip a coin to determine if Vriska will go off to fight Bec Noir now she has the power of luck (from going god tier) despite Terezi's better judgement that it would get them all killed. So, the disk fucks up and we have to go meet 'The white text guy' who has occasionally been talking to the other characters.

Turns out he's a cueball with a body and knows everything. He gives us a long speech and then Spades Slick from the intermission shows up and starts trashing the place and this guy doesn't even give a shit. Doc Scratch (vanilla milkshake) goes on to tell us all about how he thinks things would happen.

Vriska flies away from Terezi, goes to find Bec Noir and offers to fight.

Bec Noir follows her fairy dust trail, kills Terezi and Karkat, and brings them back. Vriska flips shit at seeing her friends dead and starts a fight with him, and as it turns out they are pretty well matched because she uses a really offensive tactic of cosplaying against him. Then Doc Scratch tells us that this wouldn't be right - because Terezi and Karkat can't die in the 'Alpha timeline'

So then we go back to the coin flipping, except this time Terezi stabs Vriska before she can leave. In the header of the website we see Spades Slick hitting the clock that will determine if Vriska lives or dies, and he breaks it... So she dies. Doc Scratch gets pissed, Snowman (the chick) shows up and some romance shit happens before they get kicked out for kissing and not dying.

We also see Jade looking for frogs, then we end up having to look through copious amounts of photos that lead into dreambubbles and off-stories. Bec Noir finds Jade and kills Dave who holds Jade up in an attempt to stop Bec Noir attacking, because he's a faggot for Jade.

Karkat has a baww moment because he realises he's given our universe, which is actually a frog, cancer. He's bawwing to Jade about it a lot before having a conversation with Kanaya and Jade about the scratch (when the universe resets as well as when Bec Noir does some shit and basically what the EOA5 flash showed) and they have a cheery discussion about frogs while Jade hits Bec Noir with a newspaper. Because that's what you do to the god thing that goes round killing everyone. You hit it with a paper.

Karkat gets a note from Gamzee about sloppy makeouts, and goes up to the roof. There's a big showdown moment and then instead of fighting, Gamzee and Karkat have a hug and Gamzee stops killing everyone because all he wanted was a hug and to have his face rubbed a little.

Jade dies.

EOA5 Flash happens; All of the kids become Gods, all of the carapaces on Earth besides PM die because Bec Noir flips all of his shits over Jade dying and starts killing everything in our universe (because he's the cancer) while the trolls try to get to the green sun because they've all agreed to meet there. That all happens and then Hussie stopped updating homestuck because that was like, two days ago.

Anyway it's long but that is homestuck in a nutshell while still detailing most important plot points but not in relevant order.

Of course, if you actually wanted to know what happens besides me pointing out stuff ( a lot more happens ) then it's probably best to go here http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=001901 and READ IT, like anyone else in the fandom will tell you to do because as I've shown there's just too much shit to explain.

Also, at certain points in the story, Andrew Hussie does a recap page to explain what's happened in the previous few acts, which can often prove useful if you take the time to read them because it may explain things not previously pointed out.

Never ask me what homestuck is again.

My favorite character has been Gamzee since he was first introduced, though as of late I have gotten this weird attachment to John. I absolutely hated him in the beginning because he was oh god so boring. I think I just like how stupid he is.

I will never understand why people want Eridan back so bad. I mean like, all he did was cry and kill people out of foreveralone rage. Same thing goes for Equius, Feferi, Nepeta, and Tavros. Especially Nepeta, I literally remember her doing nothing besides making that shipping wall.
Honestly I don't think Gamzee should get away with what he has done either, even if he is calmed down atm.

John definitely could have done more in the comic, but the other kids' personalities pretty much goes with how much they have contributed to the plot. John just seems like some stupid kid.

Tavros is also a character that has been brutally raped by the fandom. Tavros is just another retarded troll yet they portray him as some kawaii animu shota boy. I just don't get it.

John is easily one of the most important hero of the 21 century . He is on a hero's journey that reflects are modern age.I'm sorry you do not posses the intellect too understand that.you should read Joseph Campbells A hero's journey and analysis of myth.
