Hina, in response, has posted a video of her drawing the commission, though if she trulyhasn't traced it then she's eyeballed the hell out of it and created a plagiarized result that probably isn't worth the money she's been given.

Hina has also been threatened with court action regarding her commissions (I'm afraid I cannot find more information, it's been mentioned in the comments)

It seems people seriously underestimate the ability for others to tell whether they've traced a drawing or not. They seem to think that by saying "I didn't trace!!111!!11" it automatically makes it true.
