You make me want to do this, but I'm so far behind haha. I like your linework and colour palette and how you draw faces. =) The general lady reminded me a bit of early Final Fantasy protagonist designs. =)
I know, I'm starting to want to do this too. I really like the gypsy's pose and clothing design. The long piece of fabric looks kind of stiff, but overall it's a good concept. I'm impressed that you're keeping up with it.

And thank you! @TickTock: You should join me. :V I've been tracking the 30 day challenge tag on tumblr, and like....all of the artists I follow that were supposed to keep up, have already missed 1 or 2 days. btw here's my day 1. I couldn't remember what I named the file. I drew it like...11pm Halloween night.
It's just practice to expand your ability to design a character on short notice. I'm also doing it for the drawing practice, but it's been helping me shit out cohesive designs much quicker.
