I fucking had to do it. I'm sorry, I couldn't stand it. Especially when this is supposedly a commission. When shitty artists like him get people lining up to pay for his garbage. More talented can't even get a single client. I just fixed the anatomical errors. I gave liberty to the big boobs, but made them more natural. There are probably still some anatomical errors, but I did better than him in under 15 minutes of sketching, tops. For shame.
Please do it. I'm sure drama is bound to happen. Also, while you fixed much of this stuff I still feel that this picture is unsaveable. For instance, I'm pretty sure the orange one's leg couldn't do that (the kick is twisted but her body is still pretty straight, upright. I feel the belt buckle could have been fixed (no bashing on your part of course, because I agree, it is fucking stupid.) but the way he executed it just goes to show that he draws the breasts and then puts whatever on top of them without rhyme or reason. The belt should have had no plain changes (why the hell would it follow the breasts instead of just being over top of them?)
Seriously, this is the person in question: http://gameboysage.deviantart.com/ It seems the picture is aready in his/her gallery, but maybe he didn't get the money yet. Worth trying, no?
I actually missed the fact that this was Teo's dick. I thought Hayakain had just drawn him fapping. That bent dick still looks like an arm to me. Lazy, and anatomically incorrect redline:
It's doublethink at its best! No, it is not "his" page. It's a public website including public forum functions. His idea is the same one that youtubers have about blocking comments on their profiles and videos. It's always censorship and it's never their page. So my assumptions have been confirmed. No sketching at all. Explains a lot, tbh. Boulet is one of my favourite artists out there. His stuff is really good. If you have some spare time, it certainly wouldn't hurt to check out his webcomic, which is, while very nicely drawn, very often pretty funny and interesting as well. I note that this has been linked before, but for those who haven't read Bouletcorp yet, go do so. You won't regret it. Anyway, I am damn sure that nobody can start out without using construction lines and countless refining sketches to get things to look somewhat passable. Sure you can do it without, if you really have a huge amount of practice and reliability in your style, but otherwise it's still a big no-no. Hell, even drawing without references should be discouraged, unless you're just doodling around or already have years of proper practice under your belt. I'm glad to have finally caught up with all the hilarity I missed over the months I've been gone. I might do some "fan art" if I'm bored, actually.
And that's why... searching and learning tutorials is useful He's not going to pick that up anytime soon....
They could be custom brushes, it's quite easy to make brushes off photography. But the clouds are so goddam crisp and sharp compared to the rest of the BG, and in reality they could be done the most blurry since they're the furthest objects from the viewer. So if it's brushes Joshua, adjust the opacity flow and angles and roundness and size jitter and shit so they don't look like photos of clouds anymore.
What's even more infuriating is that this is the kid's first commission and he thinks Hayastain actually did a GOOD JOB.
