People wish to control the world. Not merely the world around them but the world in general. People wish to control all manner and matter. I doubt they understand the undertaking of such a task. Not all people are capable of this. Only those who understand that individuals can only create ripples, never waves. And that ripples may turn into waves, under the right conditions.

Funny thing though, since the human induced global warming began to accelerate since the last 100 years, the frequency of natural disasters such as twisters, tornados, floods, tsunamis, droughts,... have all increased significantly.
