But you need that inherent division (called the division of labour by non-Marxists) so a farm/factory/whatever can function. Throughout history communal farms/factories have been outright failures when compared to capitalist farms/factories. It's why would-be demagogues throughout the planet have abandoned the desire of ownership for the desire of regulation. Goading the proletariat into attacking non-proletariat "classes" is divisive politics. Socialist history has shown that a dictatorship of the proletariat is doomed to failure.
