How should I know? It's a new feature, and I haven't been on that site since I asked one of the more reasonable admins to delete my account... However, at least they're kind enough to display all the warning levels for each user in public for all the world to see! By the way, why do you think those Boos on the warning meter cover their eyes anyway?
-See no evil, hear no evil. . . Honestly though, I assume they wanted theirs to be at least of good cosmetic value (theme-wise, that is) to compenstate for defectiveness. On the interesting note, all the warning bars I have witnessed on this forum so far consist of either untarnished ones or completely banned ones with no middle ground inbetween.
Well, if you ask me, I think what the Boos are thinking is that they are either disgusted by the user's actions, or they're disgusted by having to see such a miserable disgrace of a fan site and they're forced to be pawns in Booton's grotesque project (I'm going with the latter).

The only thing I hate more than overzealous fans of a thing is overzealous fans of a minute portion of a thing HS trolls, Boo Diddly there, Boxbot, any single character that doesn't matter too much to a show/franchise and nobody but their specific fans give a shit about, etc.
